1. Cancellation by the Captain
For safety reasons, the captain may cancel a tour at any time due to weather or sea conditions. If this happens, guests may choose to reschedule the tour for another available day or receive a full refund.
Please note: routes may be adjusted due to unfavorable weather. Tours require a minimum of 6 guests to depart. If this minimum is not met, we may offer an alternative date.
2. Cancellation by the Guest
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour start time are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the tour will receive a 50% refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled departure are non-refundable.
3. No-show Policy
If a guest does not arrive for the tour without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
If you’re running late, please contact us as soon as possible so we can do our best to accommodate you and respect the experience of other guests.
